Welcome to the latest edition of our Q.I.T.E. Quarterly newsletter!

As we move forward into another exciting quarter, we remain committed to supporting our clients, job seekers and the local communities through meaningful employment services, training and development opportunities.

In this issue, we’ll share updates on recent initiatives, success stories, upcoming events, and tips.

We have some exciting news for our Townsville staff and clients which is we are opening a new location in Townsville on Ingham Road, we will remain in the ground floor at 77 Denham Street but from early April we will also have staff working out of 109 Ingham Road, Townsville which will give us greater coverage in Townsville.  We are also hoping this will give us greater coverage to see more employers and for employers to visit our offices to conduct interviews if they wish to.

I cannot believe we are in the middle of March and Easter is just around the corner which seems way too quick but I wish you all a great month of March and a very Happy Easter.

Great Community Collaboration with Your Mob

Q.I.T.E. assisted:
  • candidates to understand the role, the company and the industry
  • identified suitable candidates and progressed them to the next stage
  • prepared 5 suitable and keen candidates for induction

Candidates felt supported and confident as they had a good understanding
of the role and met the mandatory requirements.

5 candidates were offered work with Your Mob and undertook onboarding.
Q.I.T.E. continue to work with Your Mob to identify suitable candidates and work with clients to help upskill them to meet requirements.

Cowboys Community Foundation
NRL Cowboys House is removing distance as a barrier to quality secondary education for Indigenous students from some of Australia's most remote and geographically disadvantaged communities.
NRL Cowboys House is a unique, culturally-safe boarding facility for young Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander men and women attending partner schools in Townsville.
