Dear Valued Employers and Stakeholders

As we move into the second half of the year, we want to extend our thanks for your ongoing partnership and support.
Together, we are achieving great outcomes for both employers and employees, and we look forward to continuing this momentum throughout 2025.

The mid-year mark is a great time to reflect on our achievements and refocus on our goals for the rest of 2025. Let’s continue supporting one where we can and if we can help you with any of your staffing needs, please feel free to reach out on our free call number 1800354414.

The Management Team and Board are finalising our strategic plan up until 2027 and we are very close to finalising our Reconciliation Action Plan so please stay tuned for both of these documents to be released soon.

Our team will be conducting mid-year checks in this month. If you would like to book a specific time to discuss your staffing needs, please call Keely on 47668399 or Jillian on 0427929700 and we can work with you for a time that suits.

We are also running a Career expo for employers to connect with local talent and promote their businesses, if you are interested in attending this expo is on Friday 25th of July from 9am to 12.30pm at our new office at 109 Ingham Road, West End. Please RSVP to recruitment@qite.com if you wish to pop in.

We encourage our employer partners to join us in small actions that makes a big difference, like reducing single -use plastics at worksites or participating in local clean-up initiatives. If your workplace has a sustainability story, we would love to share it in the future newsletters.

Held over three days, the event is the largest field days in Northern Australia and a meeting place for rural business.
With a major focus on Ag Innovations, Farm Safety and Rural Mental Wellness, the field days have expanded into relevant topics for our rural industries.

At Q.I.T.E. we coordinate a range of activities to assist jobseekers in North Queensland, covering Ingham, Townsville, Charters Towers, Ayr and Mount Isa and surrounding areas to gain new skills and become ready for work.
